Changed your mind?

You have 14 days to notify us that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to send the item back.

Email info@jounelle.com with your order number and the items you wish to return, and we will guide you through the next steps.

You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. We may make a deduction from your refund for handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics and functioning.

For a change-of-mind return, return postage costs are disclosed before purchase and are your responsibility. Jounelle covers reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect items.

We will refund the item price and standard delivery charge to your original payment method. Refunds are made without undue delay and within the 14-day legal deadline, subject to the applicable return conditions.

Faulty or incorrect items are handled separately from cancellation rights. These remedies are not limited to the cancellation window; please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.

Personalised or made-to-spec goods are excluded from cancellation rights, unless they are faulty or incorrect.
