- The product and variant you wish to return.
- Whether you are cancelling your purchase or reporting an item problem. You do not need to give a reason for an eligible statutory cancellation.
- For a damaged or incorrect item, a description and photographs if available.
We will check the request and provide the relevant instructions and return address. This page does not create a prepaid label or automatically approve a return.
Keep proof of posting when you return goods. Contacting us for instructions does not remove your statutory rights or extend a legal cancellation deadline.
