Shopping with Jounelle
These terms apply to use of the Jounelle store and purchases made through it. Contact inthedaily@outlook.com with questions. The store is hosted by Shopify, which supplies the ecommerce platform.
Products and options
Read the product description, dimensions, material, contents and selected variant before ordering. Images help illustrate the product; styling props are included only where stated. Screen settings can affect colour appearance. If important information is unclear, contact us before purchasing.
Orders and payment
Choose your items and variants, review your cart, enter payment and delivery details and check the total before placing the order. Correct errors before paying. Prices and delivery charges are displayed as part of the order process. Keep your order confirmation for reference. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled items.
Acknowledgement of an order is not acceptance where the acknowledgement expressly states that acceptance will follow separately. Any specific acceptance terms shown during checkout form part of the purchase. We will provide the information about your purchase in a form you can retain.
Delivery and returns
Delivery options, charges and any agreed timetable form part of your order. See the Shipping and Returns information supplied before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply, including rights relating to cancellation, delivery, faulty goods and goods that are not as described. A return or support process does not take those rights away.
Your details and account
Provide accurate contact and delivery information and use payment details you are authorised to use. Keep account access secure and tell us promptly if you believe it has been misused. Do not use the store to commit fraud, distribute harmful code, interfere with its operation or infringe another person's rights.
Website content and third-party links
Store content may be used to browse and make personal purchases. Other uses must respect relevant intellectual-property rights. Links to external services are provided for their stated purpose; those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. We remain responsible for the obligations imposed on us by applicable consumer law. We do not promise uninterrupted website availability.

Our Privacy Policy explains the personal information used to operate the store and support purchases. Optional processing requiring consent is governed by your applicable choices.
Law and disputes
For UK consumer purchases, these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory protections applicable where you live. Consumers retain any right to bring proceedings in their local courts. Contact us first about a problem so we can try to resolve it.
Changes
We may update these terms for future use and purchases. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order. You can print or save these terms for your records.
